| From the A494 (Mold to Ruthin Road), approximatley 3 miles from Mold Town Centre, follow the sign for Maeshafn Village (left hand junction, 300 yards past Rainbow Inn). Follow winding road for 1 mile and drive through the Village. The Miners Arms Pub will be on the left and a phone box on the right. |
| Continue down the hill for 200 yds and fork right at the Llanferres sign, onto a non-tarmac track. Continue past cottages and fork right once more. Bryn Tirion Cottage will be seen on the right. |
